MANAGEMENT:

We undertake a weekly check of your property which includes:

• Security checkService check, i.e. gas, electricity & water meter readings
• Mail uplift
• Monitor laundry and cleaning services
• Maintenance report (we will advise on any repairs/maintenance and arrange for the work to be carried out)
• Garden/pool report
• Monthly report sent to all owners

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

• Fully prepare property for owners and guests’ visits, including airing property, heating in the winter, making up beds, shopping etc.
• Meet and greet guests
• Shopping and Welcome Packs
• Arrange airport transfers, car hire, etc.
• Advice re holiday rentals
